I have a 1997 dodge ram 3500 5 9l cummins diesel i replace a bad starter fuel shut off solenoid also replace fuel hold rely but will only start if the arm on fuel shut solenoid is push up manualy w read more. You can remove the old relay from the stock plastic housing its held in by four tabs on the inside on each side. Starting 91 cummins bypassing factory wiring.
